IronBridge provides a structured access platform facilitating introductions between independent contractors and companies. IronBridge does not employ, place, or manage contractors.

2. Independent Contractors

All contractors listed on IronBridge operate independently under their own Australian Business Number (ABN) and maintain their own insurance coverage. Contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of IronBridge.

3. Company Engagement

Engagement terms, scope of work, rates, compliance obligations, and contractual arrangements are agreed directly between the company and contractor. IronBridge is not a party to any engagement agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Work

IronBridge does not guarantee work opportunities, engagements, contractor availability, or company requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

IronBridge is not responsible for the conduct, performance, compliance, or contractual obligations of contractors or companies. Users engage at their own discretion and risk.

6. Information Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information submitted to the platform, including ABN and insurance status.

7. Modifications

IronBridge reserves the right to update or modify these terms as the platform evolves.
